You’ll deliver exceptional customer service, support a range of library programs, and help create engaging experiences for children, young people, and the wider community.Deliver exceptional customer service, support daily library operations, and assist customers with community spaces, technology, and information access.Prepare, deliver, and promote high‑quality literacy and learning programs for all ages, with a strong focus on children and youth.Work collaboratively with staff and volunteers while maintaining up‑to‑date skills to deliver best‑practice, inclusive programs that support community wellbeing.About You You’re warm, customer‑focused and communicate with clarity, empathy and respect.You stay calm and professional in busy or challenging moments, using sound judgement and practical problem‑solving.You’re adaptable, positive and organised, with the ability to manage time well and embrace new ideas.More information can be found in the Position Description located below.  This is a Level 2 position which has a current salary of $77,269 per annum plus Super.At PAE, our values guide us to work together, strive for improvement, and make a positive impact in our community.
